Our specialist precision engineering designers can take your existing equipment and ‘design in’ improvements that may improve product quality, machine reliability, cycle time reduction, replacement of obsolete components, Poki-Yoki principles to ensure components are assembled correctly, imperial components replaced with ready available metric, new product introduction or product improvements. Precision engineered design enhancements are cost effective.

It is generally more cost effective to retool an existing machine or use part of an existing machine as it allows continued use of existing technology that works well. Our precision engineering skills help us provide design enhancements for a range of client machines.

Process jigs and assembly fixtures often require special attention to ensure they remain operator friendly. At the same time, it is also important to provide sufficient Poka-Yoka to ensure the complex components are assembled with all the necessary parts in the correct position.
